VTAC can issue a copy of a previously obtained ATAR to former Victorian students. The ATAR statement will contain relevant scaled subject scores alongside the ATAR itself.
The ATAR statement does not contain raw VCE study scores or VCE completion advice.
Raw study scores are used to meet course prerequisite requirements. To request replacement VCE Statements of Results, visit the VCAA website.
If you are applying for courses through VTAC, you do not need to provide your ATAR statement or VCE results unless specifically requested.
ATAR reprint service
The ATAR reprint service offers a reprint and mailing of an ATAR statement to the recipient.
To complete the service request, a valid form of ID must be provided bearing signature (e.g. driver’s license). Proof of name change must be provided if VCE studies were under a previous name.
The request can only be made by the recipient of the ATAR. If this is not possible, a signed letter from the recipient authorising another requester must be provided to VTAC prior to the order. This does not apply to verbal requests which can only be made by the ATAR recipient.
Service options
Postage: Free domestic standard postage comes included with the standard reprint service. International, or domestic express postage come with additional fees.
Processing: Standard requests will be processed within 3-5 business days. 24-hour processing can be requested at an additional fee and is subject to business days.

A scan of the ATAR statement can be provided at an additional fee. This comes included with international postage.
If a copy is required to be sent to an institution directly from VTAC, please order a scan of the ATAR statement and leave a comment in the section on the order form with instructions for VTAC staff.
If you require a Tertiary Entrance Letter for an overseas institution, please contact VTAC prior to making an order.
If you only require a verbal confirmation of your ATAR number and do not require a copy of the statement, please contact VTAC.
